After-hours on February 17th, Berkshire Hathaway submitted its 13F report to the SEC, which showed that in the fourth quarter of 2025, Berkshire reduced its stake in Apple by 10,294,956 shares to 227,917,808 shares. It also reduced its stake in Amazon by 7,724,000 shares to 2,276,000 shares, and reduced its stake in Bank of America by 50,774,078 shares to 517,295,934 shares. Berkshire increased its stake in Chevron by 809,157 shares, bringing its total to 130,156,362 shares. It increased its stake in Domino's Pizza by 12.3% to 340,000 shares, and increased its stake in Chubb by 2,916,288 shares, bringing its total to 34,249,183 shares. Additionally, Berkshire now holds 5.1 million Class A shares of The New York Times Co.
