On the 13th local time, DP World, a port operator based in Dubai, UAE, announced that its chairman and CEO, Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, has resigned from the company. It is reported that documents from the Epstein case recently released by the US Department of Justice show that he had a significant amount of email correspondence with Epstein over the past decade. The US Department of Justice released the latest batch of Epstein case files on January 30, implicating high-profile individuals from multiple countries. On the 10th, Democratic federal congressman Ro Khanna read out the names of six "wealthy and powerful men" in the House of Representatives, whose names had been redacted in previous Epstein case files released by the US Department of Justice, including Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem.
