Ministry of Finance: Notice on the Preferential Tax Policy for the Import of Seeds and Planting Materials during the "13th Five-Year Plan" Period

In order to improve the quality, efficiency, and competitiveness of agriculture, support the introduction and promotion of superior breeds, and support the import and use of police and military working dogs, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2030, imported seeds, breeding stock, and police and military working dogs will be exempt from import value-added tax.
