It mentions that by 2028, traditional advantageous tea producing areas will steadily develop, local specialty tea industries will continue to optimize quality and efficiency, the modernization level of the industry chain will be significantly improved, the variety of products, consumption scenarios, and business models will continue to expand, nurturing clusters of tea industries with annual revenue of over 10 billion yuan, leading enterprises in the full tea industry chain with annual revenue of over 5 billion yuan, and brands with international influence. By 2030, the level of digitalization, green development, and diversification will continue to increase, the overall scale of the industry chain will reach 1.5 trillion yuan, the quality and efficiency of development will be greatly improved, the revenue of refined tea processing industry will exceed 200 billion yuan, and a bountiful, green, intelligent, and internationally first-class tea industry system will be basically established.
