Li Yunliang appointed as the general manager of Quanguo Fund, simultaneous adjustment of senior management.

Quan Guo Fund announced that the company's founding partner, Li Yunliang, has been appointed as the general manager. Previously, the position of general manager was held by chairman Ren Li. Other adjustments include: founding partner and vice general manager Jiang Heze also serving as the financial director, Sun Yuan appointed as the compliance officer and risk control officer, and Yao Zhongxiao appointed as vice general manager. Zhao Yi and Gang Dengfeng have been promoted to assistant general managers, also serving as the heads of the public offering investment department and research department, respectively. The company also stated that it is currently advancing the employee stock ownership plan to strengthen the alignment of interests between management and core employees through equity arrangements.
