Penglai Ling announced that the company's actual controller, controlling shareholder and chairman, Wang Zhifang, implemented a plan to increase holdings from January 27 to February 12, 2026. Through centralized bidding trading, a total of 3,897,500 shares of the company were increased, accounting for 0.5130% of the total share capital of the company. The total amount of the increase was 21.8879 million yuan, exceeding the lower limit of 20 million yuan in the plan. Before the increase, Wang Zhifang held 303,173,157 shares, accounting for 39.9049%; after the increase, he held 307,070,657 shares, accounting for 40.4179%. This increase will not lead to changes in control rights. Wang Zhifang has promised not to reduce holdings within a few months after the completion of the increase.
