Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development held two symposiums on science and technology in the construction industry, inviting key industry enterprises, universities, and research institutions to participate. Liu Qianwei, Chief Engineer of the Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting emphasized the importance of using artificial intelligence technology innovation to empower the high-quality development of the construction industry. Focusing on the development needs of housing and urban-rural construction, the meeting called for efforts to promote the application and innovation of artificial intelligence technology in key areas such as planning and design, construction, operation and maintenance, and to accelerate the digitalization and intelligence transformation of the construction industry through the deep integration of scientific research and industrial application.
