The main urban area of Chengdu conducts the first manned eVTOL verification flight.

This morning, Long Zhiyu, the chairman of Sichuan Low Altitude Economic Industry Development Co., Ltd., boarded an eVTOL aircraft of the company at the "Zhifei Center" in Jinjiang District of Chengdu City, took off and stayed at 80 meters in low altitude for 10 minutes before landing safely. This is the first manned eVTOL validation flight conducted in the main urban area of the mega city Chengdu.
