Currently, the HBM4 validation programs of the three major memory manufacturers have progressed to the final stage, and are expected to be completed one after another in the second quarter of 2026. Among them, Samsung, with the best product stability, is expected to be the first to pass validation, followed by SK hynix and Micron, forming a situation where the three major manufacturers supply NVIDIA HBM4.
