Dalian's new housing prices in January showed the highest month-on-month growth rate.

According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, in January, there were 5 cities where new house prices rose compared to the previous month, which was a decrease of 1 city from the previous month. Among them, Dalian saw an increase of 0.2%, ranking first; Hefei, Xiamen, Wuhan, and Nanchong all saw an increase of 0.1%, tying for second place. Looking at the year-on-year comparison, there were 4 cities where new house prices increased, which was a decrease of 1 city from the previous month. Among them, Shanghai saw an increase of 4.2%, ranking first; Hangzhou saw an increase of 2.4%, ranking second; and Hefei saw an increase of 1.6%, ranking third.
