Shenzhen: Enterprises are strictly prohibited from using absolute terms such as "gold prices will rise dramatically" or "buy gold to make big money", and are not allowed to exaggerate the value of products or investment returns.

On February 13th, the Shenzhen Local Financial Supervisory Authority issued a public reminder to further regulate the operation of the gold market. Regarding prohibited behaviors in enterprise gold business, the Shenzhen Local Financial Supervisory Authority stated that it is not allowed to impersonate as a "member of the Shanghai Gold Exchange" or engage in false or misleading commercial promotions about product sales, deceiving or misleading consumers or other operators. The use of absolute terms such as "gold prices will soar" or "buy gold to make big money" is strictly prohibited, and exaggeration of product value or investment returns is not allowed.
