Lantu Automotive: Will be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in an introductory manner on March 19th.

LanTu Automotive announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the approval of approximately 8.8538 billion H shares to be listed and traded on the Stock Exchange. The H shares will be listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange by way of introduction, and there will be no issuance of H shares for the listing. It is expected that the H shares will commence trading on the Stock Exchange at 9:00 a.m. on March 19, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent to the merger, waiver or completion of the merger, and any further announcements by Dongfeng Company, Dongfeng Wuhan, and Dongfeng Group. Trading of H shares will be conducted in units of 1,000 H shares per lot.
