Xintai: Has submitted an application for the listing of H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Sinopharm Group announced on the morning of February 13 that the company submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 12 to issue H shares and list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The application materials for this listing were also published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website on the same day.
