Tuoshan Heavy Industries: Intends to acquire 51% equity of New Open Source for 2.19 billion yuan.

Tuoyan Heavy Industries announced that the company has signed a "Equity Acquisition Agreement" with Wang Haiqiao, Liu Xijie, Song Zechao and three others, intending to acquire 51% equity of Henan New Open Source Petrochemical Pipeline Co., Ltd. in cash. The equity acquisition price is 219 million yuan. After the completion of this acquisition, New Open Source will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
