Bohai Leasing announced that its holding subsidiary Avolon will prepare financial reports in accordance with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for the year 2025, which have been audited. The company had an annual revenue of $30.00 billion, a 7% year-on-year increase; and a net profit of $591 million, a 29% year-on-year increase. As of the end of 2025, total assets stood at $34.418 billion, a 2% increase from the previous year; with net assets at $8.712 billion, up by 2%. Avolon plans to distribute a cash dividend of $151 million in the second half of 2025, with the company set to receive approximately $106 million based on its shareholding ratio. Additionally, Avolon plans to repurchase shares worth $600 million in the first quarter of 2026, the company's share corresponding to $420 million, retaining a 70% equity ownership after completion.
