Fangda Special Steel announced that its general counsel, Xu Jie, resigned on February 10, 2026, two years ahead of schedule due to personal reasons. His original term was supposed to end on May 15, 2028. His resignation took effect when the written report was delivered to the board of directors. After leaving his position, he will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries, and his departure will not affect the normal production and operation of the company.
