Fireside Communications: Chairman and executives terminate early reduction plan

Fire Communication announcement: Chairman Zeng Jun and some directors and senior executives collectively hold 1.3933 million shares of the company, accounting for 0.1026% of the total shares of the company. Previously disclosed plans to reduce holdings through centralized bidding from March 13, 2026, to June 12, 2026, not exceeding 348,300 shares. The number of shares to be reduced by each individual shall not exceed 25% of the total shares held at the end of the previous year. As of the announcement disclosure date, the reduction has not been implemented, and the relevant personnel have decided to terminate the reduction plan ahead of schedule.
