East Lake High-tech (company) announced that the board of directors will convene on February 11, 2026 to review and approve the proposal to amend the partnership agreement of Jiaxing Zizhu Stock Fund Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise. The operating period of the fund will be extended from 10 years to 15 years, while other terms of the original agreement remain unchanged. The company has contributed 45 million yuan to the fund, and this adjustment does not involve changes in the fund size, thus will not have a significant impact on the company's finances and operations. In addition, the company has cooperated with several private equity funds, with a total committed investment amount of 1.141 billion yuan, and the relevant funds have completed the registration process.
