Tropical Cyclone "Gazani" has killed 20 people in Madagascar.

According to data released by the National Risk and Disaster Management Office of Madagascar on the 11th local time, the tropical cyclone "Gazani" has caused 20 deaths and 33 injuries in the country. The data shows that "Gazani" has also caused 15 people to go missing and over 3000 people to be affected. Currently, the eastern city of Toamasina in Madagascar is heavily affected. "Gazani" made landfall in Toamasina on the 10th, and then crossed central Madagascar, weakening in intensity. The Malagasy meteorological department predicts that "Gazani" will enter the Mozambique Channel on the evening of the 11th. Due to the impact of the tropical cyclone, Air Madagascar announced the cancellation of all flights on the 11th.
