The data shows that "Gazani" has also caused 15 people to go missing and over 3000 people to be affected. Currently, the eastern city of Toamasina in Madagascar is heavily affected. "Gazani" made landfall in Toamasina on the 10th, and then crossed central Madagascar, weakening in intensity.
