Unisoc Technology: Subsidiary Anshi Semiconductor investigation initiated, control rights still restricted

Wintek Technology announced that its subsidiaries Anshi Semiconductor and Anshi Semiconductor Holdings had received a ministerial order and court ruling from relevant authorities in the Netherlands, temporarily restricting the company's control over Anshi. In February 2026, the Enterprise Court in the Netherlands made a ruling approving the start of a formal investigation and expanding the scope to include the actions of Anshi's local management. The temporary measures will remain in effect during the investigation period, and the custodian of the shares cannot dispose of them. The investigation will be conducted by two independent investigators appointed by the court. During the investigation period, the company's control over Anshi remains restricted, with no specified time limit. The company will exhaust all legal avenues to regain full control over Anshi.
