Shanghai Railway Administration Issues Statement: Local seepage in the construction area of Qixin Road Station on the Jiamin Line, no casualties.

On February 11th, the "Shanghai Shen Tie" WeChat official account released a statement titled "Explanation on the Local Leakage in the Construction Area of Qixin Road Station and Temporary Road Closure": At around 10:30 am on February 11th, 2026, during the construction of the receiving end of the right line of the Qixin Road Station - Shenjian Road Station section by China Railway Tunnel Bureau, a local leakage phenomenon occurred. The on-site command immediately initiated an emergency response plan and is currently dealing with the leakage point. There were no casualties.
