United Liben requested the court to confirm a principal debt of 16.8652 million yuan, liquidated damages of 4.0442 million yuan, and priority repayment rights of 3.373 million yuan for installation engineering fees, with a total amount of 21.6412 million yuan. The case is pending in court, and the final outcome and recovery amount are uncertain.
