Hong Kong Customs and Taobao Tmall Hong Kong signed a memorandum of understanding

On February 11th, Hong Kong Customs signed a memorandum of understanding with Taobao Tmall Hong Kong Station. Ding Zhencai, General Manager of Taobao Tmall Hong Kong and Macau Region, stated that Taobao Tmall Hong Kong Station will continue to optimize its internal supervision system, use technological means such as big data and artificial intelligence, and strengthen oversight of product listing, transaction processes, and after-sales services.
