The company reviewed the issues and formulated a rectification plan, which was approved on February 11. The issues and rectification measures included: the long-term vacancy of the board secretary position, which is currently being filled; non-standard financial accounting practices in the trade business, which have been adjusted; inaccurate disclosure of major client information, incomplete disclosure of restricted cash rights information, and inaccurate disclosure on the cash flow statement, all of which have been corrected.
