Dongli Machinery: Several shareholders intend to reduce their shareholdings.

Dongli Machinery announced that two shareholders, Meng Shuming and Meng Shuliang, who together hold more than 5% of the shares, hold 5,577,400 shares and 3,130,000 shares respectively, totaling 8,707,400 shares, accounting for 5.9315% of the total share capital of the company and 5.9901% of the total share capital after excluding shares held in the repurchase account. Due to personal financial needs, the two plan to collectively reduce their holdings of company shares by no more than 1.38 million shares through centralized bidding from March 13, 2026 to June 12, 2026, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 0.9493% of the total share capital after excluding shares held in the repurchase account.
