Wollcore Materials: Hong Kong IPO offering price set at HK$20.09 per share, to be listed on February 13th.

Wol Core Materials announces the offering price, which has been determined at 20.09 Hong Kong dollars per share on February 11, 2026. It is expected that H shares will begin trading on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on February 13, 2026 at 9:00 am. H shares will be traded in units of 200 shares per board lot.
