CSRC Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau: Issued a warning letter to Zhongding Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Announcement by the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission: After investigation, Zhongding Asset Management Co., Ltd. was found to have failed to report changes in the actual controlling person to the China Securities Regulatory Commission while conducting private equity fund business; the company's corporate governance and internal controls were not sufficient; and there were delays in handling the distribution of profits for some managed funds. It has been decided to issue a warning letter to Zhongding Asset Management Co., Ltd.
