Zhongbei Communication announced that the company's "Zhongbei Convertible Bonds" had an issuance size of 517 million yuan, as of December 31, 2025, the conversion amount was 6.161 million yuan, the number of shares converted was 290,792 shares, and the unconverted amount was 510.839 million yuan, accounting for 98.81% of the total issuance. Due to the company issuing shares to specific entities, the conversion price needs to be adjusted according to regulations. The pre-adjustment conversion price was 20.95 yuan per share, and the post-adjustment price is 20.54 yuan per share, effective from February 10, 2026. The "Zhongbei Convertible Bonds" stopped conversion on February 9 and resumed on February 10. This matter did not have a significant adverse impact on the company's operations and debt repayment capabilities.
