Fengfan Corporation announced that its controlling shareholder, Tangshan Industrial Control, holds 342,559,785 shares of the company, accounting for 29.99% of the total share capital. In this latest pledge, 24,125,000 shares were pledged, accounting for 7.04% of its holdings and 2.11% of the total share capital. The pledgee is Tangshan Branch of Postal Savings Bank, and the funds will be used for loans. After this pledge, Tangshan Industrial Control has pledged a total of 96,465,337 shares, accounting for 28.16% of its holdings and 8.45% of the total share capital. The company stated that this pledge will have no substantial impact on its operations or governance, and the pledge risk of the controlling shareholder is controllable.
