BoRui Communication: The controlling shareholder plans to transfer 12.22% of the shares and 100% equity of the News Industry without compensation.

Borui Communication announced that its controlling shareholder, Chengdu Media Group, plans to transfer its directly held 133,612,937 shares and 100% equity of News Industry to its wholly-owned subsidiary Chengdu Media Industry Group. After completion, Chengdu Media Industry Group will directly hold 12.22% of the shares and indirectly own 23.37% of the equity, totaling 35.59% ownership. The ultimate controlling shareholder of the company is still the Chengdu State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. As of the date of the announcement, the relevant procedures are still being processed.
