Samsung Electronics CTO: Strong demand for memory expected to continue until 2027, positive feedback from HBM4 customers.

On Wednesday of this week, Samsung Electronics' Chief Technology Officer Song Jai-hyuk stated that the company expects strong demand for memory chips to continue not only for the rest of this year but also into next year due to the strong demand driven by artificial intelligence. He also emphasized that Samsung's HBM4 chip has shown "good" manufacturing yields, and customers are very satisfied with its performance.
