On February 11th, the first duty-free daily consumer goods store in Sanya, Zhuhai Duty-Free Daily Consumer Goods Store, officially opened at Sanya Bay No. 1, marking the implementation of the "zero tariff" policy for inbound goods consumption by island residents in Hainan Free Trade Port in Sanya. It brings a new consumer experience of "conveniently selecting duty-free goods at home" for island residents. The Zhuhai Duty-Free Daily Consumer Goods Store in Sanya covers an area of 648 square meters and mainly sells daily consumer goods such as food and beverages, daily necessities, and mother and baby products, including chocolates, candies, coffee, milk powder, shampoo, diapers, etc. It is a duty-free format specifically for island residents. The service objects of the duty-free store are Chinese citizens holding Hainan province ID cards, residence permits, social security cards, overseas personnel working and living in Hainan with valid residence permits, and military personnel holding Qiongzhou garrison certificates.
