The Shanghai Municipal Government Information Office launched a series of theme press conferences on the "13th Five-Year Plan" of Shanghai Municipality, releasing and interpreting the relevant plans. By 2035, the functions of Shanghai's "Five Centers" will be comprehensively upgraded, with important development indicators reaching the international leading level, the city's energy level and core competitiveness significantly improving, per capita regional GDP doubling from 2020, and basically establishing a socialist modern international metropolis with world influence.
