According to the Qichacha app, recently, Taizhou Anrui Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was established, with Zhu Jianming as the legal representative and a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its business scope includes manufacturing of intelligent car-mounted devices, lighting fixtures, integrated circuit design, integrated circuit manufacturing, semiconductor lighting device manufacturing, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, the company is fully owned by Wuhan Anrui Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sanan Optoelectronics.
