Involving 51 institutions, the CCC certification designated implementation institutions "double random, one open" inspection results were announced.
The State Administration for Market Regulation recently centralized reporting on the "double random, one public" inspection results of the designated certification institutions and laboratories for the 2025 CCC certification. A total of 472 issues were found in the inspection, involving 51 institutions. The main problems include reduction or omission of certification procedures, insufficient evidence to support certification decisions from testing and factory inspections, lack of strict control over key technical information in certification assessment, failure to follow the rules for certificate conversion, inadequacy of testing capabilities to meet requirements, and lack of norms in daily testing processes and management. Currently, decisions have been made to revoke or suspend part of the designated qualifications of the above institutions, impose fines, issue administrative warnings, and set deadlines for rectification in accordance with the law. It is required that all designated CCC certification institutions and laboratories firmly establish a sense of risk, strictly implement their primary responsibilities, effectively enhance their professional capabilities, and prevent all kinds of hidden dangers in CCC certification through comprehensive regulatory measures.
