Runbei Aeronautical Science and Technology announced that its controlling shareholder, Jialun Investment Development Co., Ltd., holds 70.3151 million shares, accounting for 61.08% of the total shares. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1.8714 million shares, or 1.63%, through block trading in the 15 trading days following the announcement until June 11, 2026. The actual controller, Liu Junfeng, holds 63.283 million shares, accounting for 5.50%. During the same period, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1.1512 million shares through centralized bidding and 0.4309 million shares through block trading, for a total reduction of no more than 1.5821 million shares, or 1.37%.
