Hai Pao Heavy Industry announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhang Haibo, reduced his holdings by 713,400 shares through centralized bidding on February 9, 2026, accounting for 0.3560% of the total share capital. His holdings, together with the holdings of concerted actors, decreased from 50.9279% to 50.5719%, and after deducting shares held in the repurchase special account, the proportion decreased from 51.0673% to 50.7104%, reaching a multiple of 1%. Previously, he planned to reduce his holdings by no more than 3,990,000 shares through block trading from February 3, 2026, to May 2, 2026, and by no more than 1,990,000 shares through centralized bidding, which has not been completed yet.
