Byte feedback: Seedance 2.0 restricts uploading of real human faces.
Recently, ByteDance's latest video generation model Seedance 2.0 has started internal testing on products such as Zaimeng, Dou Bao, and Little Skylark, sparking wide attention both domestically and internationally. It is worth noting that due to the outstanding performance of the model in realism, it has caused concerns among some netizens about the possibility of confusion with reality. In response to user feedback, ByteDance quickly took action. On February 9, in the Zaimeng creator community, platform operators announced: "During the internal testing period, Seedance 2.0 has received far more attention than expected. Thank you for your feedback. In order to safeguard a healthy and sustainable creative environment, we are urgently optimizing based on the feedback, and currently do not support input of real human images or videos as the main reference." They also stated that the platform deeply understands that the boundary of creativity is respect, and after product adjustments, they will formally introduce a more perfect version to everyone.
