India makes preliminary anti-dumping ruling on China-related butanol hydrochloride

Recently, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice, making an affirmative preliminary ruling on the anti-dumping investigation of ethyl amine butanol originating from or imported from China and Thailand, and recommending the imposition of temporary anti-dumping duties on the products involved from the above-mentioned countries. The recommended duty rates are as follows: $5124/ton for Wuhan Wuyao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd in China, $6096/ton for other Chinese manufacturers, and $6513/ton for all manufacturers in Thailand. This case involves products under Indian customs code 29051410 and 29051490.
