Standard & Poor's: Grants Dutch International Group (ING.US) a "BBB-" long-term issue rating for the issuance of $1.5 billion in AT1 perpetual capital notes.

On February 9th, S&P assigned a long-term issue rating of "BBB-" to the high-trigger AT1 (additional Tier 1) perpetual capital notes issued by ING Groep NV (ING.US) from the Netherlands International Group.
