This change in equity does not involve any actual increase or decrease in the number of shares held. Zhang Qiqi's voting rights in the company have increased to 8,109,120 shares, accounting for 10.14% of the total share capital. As of the signing date of the report, Zhang Qiqi currently has no specific plan to increase or decrease holdings in the next 12 months, and the shares held in the company are not subject to any restrictions.
