Shanghai Guotou Leading Integrated Circuit Private Equity Fund Partnership Enterprise and Shanghai Pudong Leading Zone Investment Center have been added as partners, and the amount of investment has increased from 530 million RMB to 6.03 billion RMB, an increase of approximately 1038%. The fund was established in March last year, with Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. as the executive partner. Its business scope includes private equity fund equity investment, investment management, asset management, etc. It is currently jointly funded by Shanghai State-owned Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., and the newly added partners mentioned above.
