Yinhua Fund announced that, because the net asset value of the Yinhua Hang Seng Hong Kong Stock Connect Exchange-Traded Open-Ended Index Securities Investment Fund has been below 50 million yuan for 60 consecutive working days, it has decided to convene a meeting of fund shareholders through communication channels to discuss matters related to continued operation. The registration date for the meeting is February 9, 2026, and the voting period is from February 10 to 17:00 on April 14. The resolution of the meeting requires that the fund shares held by the person directly or authorized representative providing opinions shall not be less than one half of the total shares on the registration date, and that the motion must be approved by more than one half of the voting rights held by those who have submitted valid voting opinions. In addition, the fund will be suspended from trading from the opening of the market on February 9 until 10:30 am, and from the opening of the market on April 15 until 10:30 am of the day on which the meeting circumstances or resolutions become effective.
