Huading Group: the controlling shareholder acting in concert intends to publicly solicit the transfer of 6% of the company's shares.

On February 8th, Huading Group announced that the controlling shareholder, Certain Love Group, and acting in concert with Yiwu Economic Development Zone plans to transfer 66,255,400 shares of the company, accounting for 6% of the total share capital, by publicly soliciting potential buyers.
