For its own operational needs, Zhonglian Investment plans to reduce its holdings through centralized bidding by no more than 9 million shares and through block trading by no more than 18 million shares from March 10, 2026 to June 9, 2026, totaling no more than 27 million shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital of the company.
