In fact, they may be suspected of engaging in "malicious rush purchases" on the iMaotai APP. Currently, the platform has started to force refunds for 8 types of abnormal orders placed under the same IP, the same address, and phone number for delivery. According to the latest version of the "iMaotai Platform Service Agreement" updated on January 9, 2026, and effective on January 16, 2026, any of the following situations may be determined by iMaotai as malicious use of the service: multiple accounts using the same shipping address; multiple accounts using the same payment account; multiple accounts using the same IP address; multiple accounts using the same shipping phone number; multiple accounts and multiple payment accounts cross-using; multiple accounts using the same mobile device identification code; impersonating others by using their contact phone number and shipping address to place orders; the recipient claims that the goods were not ordered by themselves, were not ordered by others on their behalf, and were not accepted by others on their behalf. iMaotai emphasizes, "Based on the need to maintain transaction order and security, iMaotai platform has the right to cancel corresponding transaction orders, restrict or prohibit some or all account functions, account bans, cancellations, etc. without prior notice to you when your actions violate the above agreements."
