Xinhua Pharmaceutical announced that on December 9, 2024, the company signed an "Equity Acquisition Letter of Intent" with NovoSana B.V. Based on the two parties not reaching a consensus, according to the termination clause of the agreement, the letter of intent is terminated, and all terms involved are no longer in effect.
