ST Pava announced on February 6th that on that day, the company received a "Notice of Victims' Litigation Rights and Obligations" delivered by the People's Procuratorate of Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, informing them of the case involving criminal suspects Zhang Bao and others for job embezzlement, misappropriation of funds, and a major liability accident. Zhuji City Public Security Bureau transferred the case to the People's Procuratorate of Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province for prosecution on February 5th.
