After retiring, Huang Kailie continued to seek undue benefits for others and illegally accepted property from others in a particularly large amount through the actions of state employees with whom he had close relationships. Therefore, he should be held criminally responsible for the crimes of bribery, using influence to accept bribes, and bribery.
