The Shandong procuratorate lawfully filed a public prosecution against Xu Longhe for suspected bribery.

Recently, the case of Xu Longhe, former member of the Party Committee and deputy director of Shandong Radio and Television Station, who is suspected of bribery, has been investigated and concluded by the Shandong Provincial Supervisory Committee, and transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution. Designated by the Shandong Provincial People's Procuratorate, the Jining People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution to the Jining Intermediate People's Court in accordance with the law. The case is currently being further processed. During the review and prosecution stage, the procuratorate informed the defendant Xu Longhe of his litigation rights in accordance with the law, interrogated the defendant, and heard the opinions of the defense counsel. The Jining People's Procuratorate accused Xu Longhe of using his positions as the director of the Shandong Television Station Editing Department, the director of the Qilu Channel of Shandong Radio and Television Station, and member of the Party Committee and deputy director of Shandong Radio and Television Station, as well as the director of the television satellite channel, to seek benefits for others, illegally accepting money and goods from others in a particularly large amount, therefore should be held criminally liable for the crime of bribery.
